Why is my system not cooling?

Answer >> First thing would be to go to your thermostat and make sure that it is in cooling mode and the fan is on Auto. Then try the following steps...

• Make sure that the breaker for your A/C unit is not tripped.
• Check your filter, if it is clogged and old it could be freezing your evaporator coil and not allowing the air to flow through it.

If the A/C is still not working correctly please let us know and we will send a trained technician out to fix your problem.

Why is my system not heating?

Answer >> When your system is not heating correctly you can check your thermostat and make sure that it is in HEAT mode and that the fan is set to the AUTO position. If you still have no heat please calls us and we will get a technician to your home immediately.

Why is my energy bill so high?

Answer >> Roughly 50% of your energy bill is due to your HVAC system (more in the summer months)!

When your bill starts to rise and you have not changed any of your living habits, making sure your AC unit is properly maintained and cleaned can make large differences to its efficiency.
